REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on items.

If you have any issues with your order please email us at jesssquareddesigns.com.

Once you receive your products, if the products are not what you expected, we will review your request and discuss options with you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request for reasons other than defect or damage.

We also reserve the right to issue a refund if the situation warrants, and after review.

This refund policy does not apply to damage caused during shipment. 

 

REPLACEMENTS

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt if an item is found to be defective or, damaged. We will gladly send a replacement item free of charge.

 

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the incorrect item(s) in your package, or there is an item missing, send an email to jesssquareddesigns@gmail.com immediately upon receipt.

 

GIFT CARDS
We do not accept refund requests or exchanges on gift cards.
